1. Ownership of the "Business by Numbers" Framework The "Business by Numbers" series, the 10 Strategic Determinants, and all associated recursive analytical workflows are the exclusive intellectual property of Arbite Analytics and Gerry Skews. These methodologies represent 40 years of engineering and business R&D and are protected under international copyright and trademark laws.

2. Limited License for Research Reports By accessing or downloading research materials (including example research reports and case studies), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal informational use only. The "Forensic Intelligence" and "Closed-Loop" logic contained within these reports may not be:

• Replicated for the purposes of establishing a competing consulting practice. 
• Republished, redistributed, or sold without express written consent.
• Used to train or prompt third-party generative AI models for commercial output.

3. Protection of Proprietary Formulas The 700-formula diagnostic engine detailed in Business by Numbers (DIAGNOSTICS  Volume II)  is a proprietary structural asset. Any unauthorized extraction, reverse-engineering, or reproduction of these mathematical frameworks for commercial gain will be considered an infringement of Intellectual Property rights.

4. No "Complexity Tax" Liability While the information provided is based on forensic data and sound engineering principles, Arbite Analytics provides these reports "as-is." Use of the "Business by Numbers" methodology is intended for professional analysts; the application of these formulas to specific business states remains the responsibility of the user.
